Varrox Oxalic Acid Vaporizer

Treat a colony for mites in under 15 minutes. The varrox oxalic acid vaporizer blends value with performance to aid in larger bee yard treatments. Comes with “side” wings that serve to keep the vaporizer from overturning in the hive.

Instructions:

1. Load the cup of the vaporizer with one gram (per brood chamber) of oxalic acid and insert it in the hive.
2. Seal the entrance using a foam strip or rags
3. Connect the leads to a 12 V car battery or deep cycle battery for 2-1/2 minutes. Leave the vaporizer in place an additional 2 minutes
4. The vaporizer can now be removed and you can move on to the next hive. Note: the hive should remain sealed an additional 10 minutes to allow the vapors to fully distribute in the hive
