Spare Smoker Tray

Smoker trays are often lost while cleaning out your smoker. This tray is crucial to the internal airflow of the smoker and should be immediately replaced. This tray will work in any of our smokers.

Note:

• An easy way to light your smoker is to place crumpled newspaper in the bottom of the smoker, light it, and then place your fuel over the top of it and repeatedly compress the smoker bellows
