Bees love borage flowers, and as a self-seeding annual, you will too. The purple flower has a mild cucumber flavor and can be used to garnish salads or cold drinks.

These flowers bloom for a long period of time.

Note:

• Borage grows to a height of 18-30″
• Sold in a 4 oz. package that covers roughly 500 sq. feet

To plant:

• Direct seed or transplant to 12″ between each plant
• Borage likes a sunny or partly shady location
• Sow these seeds in the spring
• They take 7-14 days to germinate
